  1. And it feels so damn good when it goes away. What we resist persists. Just go with it, do something nice for yourself, love yourself for being in a temporary bad frame of mind. Go for a walk, meditate, take yourself on a date. Mostly, love yourself regardless of your mood noting that self hatred is present, but not who you are. Hugs.
