  • the human brain is upwards of 60% fat – the fattiest organ of the body, basically

  • when you diet, restricting fats, which part of your body do you think is going to feel the impact the hardest?

  • if you can’t  concentrate on the question, my guess is you’ve been on a fat-free or low-fat diet too long already…

  1. Clever wording. I don’t believe in a low fat diet, but I don’t believe EVERYONE is better off with a high fat diet either. Creating a healthy BALANCED nutrition plan people will follow based on INDIVIDUAL needs seems to offer the best approach.
