ok – yesterday’s gone

and most of the triggered feeling is gone with it.  I’m actually doing ok right now.  Being very careful of what I watch or read – but I’m breathing ok.

Almost called 911 this morning early, but walked myself through it.  Times like this I think hey, I might actually recover myself from my childhood.

Though it still hurts to think I need to recover from parts of my own life…

  1. So glad the storm has passed for now. Triggers can be so unexpected. If I know something might trigger me I avoid it. Then something stupid does it. But, it does pass, it always goes away, thank God.
